Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Flowtime mobile application ("App") operated by Flowtime ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Free Trial. We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days) for the annual subscription. Your trial begins when you confirm the purchase in the App Store. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged — cancellation is managed through your Apple ID settings.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple will charge your payment method within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel the Flowtime subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not control refunds; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and your subscription will continue at the new price unless you cancel.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App to recover your active subscription. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All content in the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, audio, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or productivity — arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App uses third-party services including the Apple App Store and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
